Thank you everyone for your support and prayers for me and my unborn child this week. We had a scare, but the baby is fine and doing well. I am getting back in the swing of things but wanted to thank you all so much for thinking of us.
Back to the teacher in me, on another note: Please talk with your child about coming to class with what he or she needs, and being responsible for him or herself and his or her class work. The holidays are coming up and students tend to get into a fog this time of year so please talk with them about the importance of staying focused. We are trying to produce strong young men and women and excellent high school students. I have had several instances of students showing up to class without pencil, paper, homework, books ect... It is very hard to teach someone who doesn't come prepared to learn. Thank you for your help and support for our students.
