Parents, Friday May 3rd was my last day for the year before our sweet baby boy comes on the 7th. I have loved having your children this year and will miss them to death. Mrs. Melanie Hamline is filling in for me for the rest of the year and she is WONDERFUL with the students! I just wanted to touch base on a couple of things before I left:
1. All grades for Honors Day have been turned in. Mrs. Hamilin knows nothing about any of them. If you have a question you can ask Mrs. Carr.
2. Mrs. Hamlin will be learning our schedule and how to work everything so please be patient with her while she is getting settled. She is very excited about coming to be with the kids :)
3. I have updated my blog and edline for the week of May 6-10 already so Mrs. Hamlin would not have to worry with it her first week here so if you received your edline report on Friday that is why.
4. Honors Day is May 10 at 1:00p.m.
5. Your child will be bringing a note home on May 6th about our end of year school party. Please make sure you go over the notes and send all permission slips back on time :)
Thank you to all parents for being so GREAT this year with two teachers being pregnant. I have had such a wonderful year and your children have made this a great experience. I am so glad they have been such a huge part of it. Hope you all have a great rest of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!
